Lyncroft, Perrotts Brook
(Phase One)

Lyncroft

A brownfield plot, on the site of redundant industrial units. We bought the site in 2017 with the benefit of planning consent for 2 substantial but traditional houses. The brief is to make the contemporary development respond more sympathetically to its context and be less noticeable to the wider area, but once visitors are on site for the structure to be exciting, unusual and make the most of the views.

Overview
